Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use p2w.gg ("p2w", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

p2w.gg is a marketplace where players buy and sell in-game goods and services. We are not the seller of any listing. We hold payments in escrow, provide order chat, and resolve disputes.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
  • One person, one account. You're responsible for everything that happens under your login.
  • Keep your details accurate. We may ask sellers to verify their identity (KYC) before withdrawals.

3. Buying

  • Payment is held in escrow until you confirm delivery or the order auto-completes 72 hours after delivery.
  • Check what you received before confirming. Confirmed orders are final except where Buyer Protection says otherwise.
  • Chargebacks or payment reversals on funds already used for orders will lead to suspension.

4. Selling

  • Only list goods you own and have the right to transfer. Deliver what the listing describes, on time.
  • An 8% commission is deducted when an order completes. Earnings are held for 72 hours before they can be withdrawn. See Fees.
  • You may refund an order at any time before it completes.

5. Prohibited

  • Payments or contact outside p2w.gg to avoid escrow or fees
  • Stolen, hacked, recovered or shared accounts, and botted, duped or exploited goods
  • Cheats, hacks or anything that breaks the law
  • Fake reviews, shill buying or manipulating rankings
  • Harassment, hate speech or threats

6. Disputes

Disputes start with 24 hours of negotiation between buyer and seller, then go to staff review. Staff decisions on how escrowed funds are paid out are final.

7. Game publisher rules

Many games restrict trading in their terms of service. You trade at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the rules of the games you play. We aren't affiliated with any game publisher.

8. Enforcement

We may remove listings, freeze orders, hold balances, or suspend accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned from the order in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll announce material changes on the site before they take effect.
