How fast is delivery?

Offers marked Instant deliver automatically within seconds. For everything else, the seller's typical delivery time is shown on the offer. Most currency orders arrive in under 30 minutes.

What if the seller doesn't deliver?

Open a dispute from the order page. If the seller doesn't fix it within 24 hours, staff step in and refund you.

How do I add funds?

Go to Wallet and choose Deposit. Your balance can be used for any order, and refunds land there instantly.

Are there buyer fees?

No. You pay the listed price. Sellers pay an 8% commission on completed orders. See Fees.

When does an order complete?

When you press Confirm, or automatically 72 hours after the seller marks it delivered, whichever comes first. Check your goods before confirming.

I bought an account. What should I do first?

Change the email, then the password, then set up 2FA. Many sellers also offer a warranty against recovery, which is shown on the offer.

Can I sell too?

Anyone with a completed profile can list offers. Read the Seller Guide first.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Earnings become available 72 hours after an order completes. Withdraw from Wallet to USDT, PayPal, bank card or SEPA.

Is trading allowed by game publishers?

Some publishers forbid buying or selling accounts and currency in their terms of service. You are responsible for deciding whether to trade, and p2w.gg can't protect you from action a publisher takes against your account.
