This policy explains what p2w.gg collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: email, username, password hash, profile details you add (bio, country, languages, social links).
- Marketplace data: listings, orders, reviews, chat messages, disputes and reports.
- Payment data: balance, deposits, withdrawals and payout destinations. Card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
- Verification data: for sellers who complete KYC, the documents required by our verification partner.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and activity logs used for security and fraud prevention.
Why we use it
- To run the marketplace: escrow, delivery, chat, disputes and payouts
- To keep the platform safe: fraud detection, moderation and enforcing our Terms
- To send transactional emails (order updates, security alerts) and, if you opt in, product news
- To meet legal obligations such as tax, anti-money-laundering and law enforcement requests
Who we share it with
- The other party to your order sees your username, the order details and your messages.
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, process payments, send email or verify identities, under contracts that limit how they use the data.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We don't sell your personal data.
Retention
Order, payment and dispute records are kept for as long as the law requires (typically 5-7 years). Other data is deleted or anonymised when you close your account, unless we need it to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from Settings, or by contacting support. Depending on where you live, you may also object to certain processing or complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure checkout, plus privacy-friendly analytics to improve the site.
Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted, and staff access to user data is logged and limited to what's needed.
