Buyer Protection
Every order on p2w.gg is paid into escrow. The seller only gets your money after you've received what you paid for.
How it works
- You pay and the money is held by p2w.gg, not the seller.
- The seller delivers. Instant-delivery offers hand over keys or logins automatically. Other offers are delivered in the order chat or in game.
- You check the delivery and press Confirm. If you don't, the order completes automatically 72 hours after the seller marks it delivered. A reminder is sent before that happens.
- The seller is paid once the order completes.
What's covered
- Not delivered: the seller never delivers, or stops responding.
- Not as described: the rank, skins, item, amount or region doesn't match the listing.
- Account recovered: a purchased account is pulled back by the original owner during the warranty shown on the listing.
Opening a dispute
Open a dispute from the order page before you confirm the order or before it auto-completes. Describe the problem and attach screenshots.
- For the first 24 hours you and the seller try to sort it out in the dispute chat. Most disputes end here with a fix, a replacement or a refund.
- If you can't agree, the dispute goes to p2w staff. We review the order chat, delivery proof and any evidence, then refund you, release the funds to the seller, or split the amount.
Refunds go back to your p2w balance straight away.
What's not covered
- Payments made outside p2w.gg (PayPal F&F, crypto sent directly, gift cards, etc.). Never pay a seller off-platform, because we can't help you get that money back.
- Orders you confirmed before checking the delivery.
- Changing your mind after receiving exactly what was listed.
- Bans or penalties caused by your own actions after the handover.
Staying safe
- Keep all communication in p2w chat. Sellers who push you to Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp are breaking the rules, so report them.
- Change the email, password and 2FA on any account you buy right away.
- Staff will never ask for your password or ask you to pay outside the site.
